Good to know
Points expire after 15 months of inactivity
Earning or redeeming resets the clock, so an account that shops even once a year never loses anything. We email you 60 and 30 days before points lapse. Store credit you have already redeemed never expires.
Checked out as a guest? You have 90 days
Guest orders earn points against the email address you checked out with. Create an account with that same address within 90 days of the order and the points move across automatically. Your order confirmation email carries the deadline.
One promotional code per order
Discount codes do not stack — if more than one applies, the highest-value code wins and is applied for you, so you are never worse off for having several.
Store credit is not a discount code
It is a way of paying, so it applies on top of whatever promotion is already on the order — redeeming points never costs you a discount. Every redemption adds to the same balance, so if you redeem $5 and later $10, you have one $15 balance — no separate codes to track or stack.
